The staff are helpful and friendly. However, the bed sheet and towels are not so clean (they have black stains) and the sink is broken and no fix. The water doesn't drain well. When walk in the hotel, there's all kinds of bad smell.

Not much choice If we had more time to choose or it wasn't so late we would have not stayed here. Food spilled and left in the stairways, elevators no working, room was not the cleanest. Lots of hair within the mattresses, etc.

No proper security or cameras are around. I have dents in my car from a one night stay.

The staff is great and the hotel has a Target, Best Buy and several other shops next to it that you can easily walk to. They also had a young security lady who walked around the parking lot and hotel. Unfortunately the hotel is a little run down and the area is a little sketchy. There was a puddle of water in the elevator when we returned from dinner and a couple of large vehicles in the parking lot that people obviously lived in. I gave this place another shot after a disappointing first stay, but I won't stay again. Basic amenities are lacking, like a trash can in the bathroom. Noisy remodeling in the next room went on past 8:00 p.m. It looked like no one had swept under the bed in weeks. Saw at least two cockroaches in my room.
