I couldn’t sleep through the night the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable and I was in pain when I got out of bed.

I've stayed at several Extended Stay locations and they're usually nicely kept, but this location was an exception: The outside looks nice, but inside needs a good overall scrubbing down: the elevator floor was filthy with food crumbs and other trash (didn't change the 3 days I was there); there were no breakfast amenities as promised on the website; when I got to my room at around 3:00 p.m., it had not yet been cleaned (no linens on the bed, lots of dust) so I had to go back to the front desk and ask for a room change (they... read more

No coffee It was loud and not stocked at all. You have to ask for a cup to drink water. Absolutely no coffee anywhere in the building. They advertise it, though.
