Good stay Wonderful stay but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Other than that is was clean and in a great location

Good place to rest. I was at this location before and will be again. The area is great. The room is comfy The bed felt clean was comfy for a good night sleep hot shower in the morning fresh towels. This is what I was looking for. And I got it and was happy. Personal was kind and friendly. If you are looking for a place with a room service a top roof bar with a view fine cuisine it is not the place.

I loved the front reception area, the fact that the receptionist was busy but still acknowledged me was the best feeling. Specially since I was coming from another hotel where I had an awful experience. I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like.

Plenty of parking, good customer service and great location. The actual room was clean but smelled, the microwave didn't work, beds were comfortable.

Oakland gameday stay The outside of the hotel looks nice and promising, but service wasn’t great. Nobody answered phones or answers security gate which doesn’t work well either. Rooms need to be cleaner. My lock on the door looks like it would not take much for anyone to just walk in.
