Safe place It was a nice quiet area with very good security for the area although it was a horrible neighborhood but I did feel safe when I was there so overall Unity 3.5 out of 5

This one did not have a work out room. Security was lax. Front gates were open most of the time. Walk through gate was locked the last week of my stay. One night around midnight a woman was going down the hall screaming at someone, talking crazy. Lots of homeless people nearby, anyone could get in.

Ok hotel, facilities are old and in need of updating. I was in town for a conference that was unfortunately scheduled during the same week as Salesforce.com’s huge conference so all the hotel rates were inflated. This hotel was not up to what I would expect for $300 a night.
Room was very nice. Big King size bed. Needed more towels. Should have been explained to me that room cleaning only happens after a weeks stay or for an additional fee. I came back after my first day our to find the room in the same condition that I left it. I think for these prices cleaning should be automatic.

It was good for the price. The sheets seemed a little dingy but after a whole day walking San Francisco streets we were too tired to care. It was comfortable enough. I like the fact that it has flooring instead of carpet. Also, the front desk staff was polite. I didn't care for the continental breakfast either but again, we were there to sleep and rest. I couldn't find anything in my budget in SF :)
The stay was okay. The room had all the basics that you may need staying overnight. Bathroom needs an upgrade to the 21st century or at least a modern shower head. The breakfast’n’go thing is a joke. All hotels have coffee available for their guests either in the room or next to a reception desk. I could find neither coffee nor coffee maker in my room. Great convenient location!
