For the area, it was less expensive. It was close by shops and restaurants. Parking rates were inexpensive. (You would not want to walk due to bad neighborhoods) High police presence in area. The Target had a very high concentration of security. The property is surrounded by heavy duty fence and security cameras. Your car is safe in the lot. The property is in need of renovation as you can see evidence of vandalism.

It was a nice hotel that is close to Shopping, Freeway Access, and BART.

Close to where we need to go next to target and Panera, but bathroom wasn’t clean, hair in shower, blankets (red or orange) on bed wasn’t clean, I don’t think they get washed

The room they gave me smelled like Urine, went to tell the front desk and they gave me a new room. I have stayed in this hotel before, it was better kept, this time seemed dirty over all.

Convenient to shopping. Room smelled of cigarette smoke that had been “covered up” with some type of fragrance.
