The hotel was nice and comfortable. It was close to where we had to go. The only negative I can say had to do with all homeless people all over Oakland. It was sad to see and glad it was not near the hotel.

We got in at 11:30pm after a Giants game to find a smiling face at the desk. Nice bed. I slept like a baby. Much less expensive than staying in San Francisco.

It was fine. I have only one complaint. Someone left the alarm set and it went off at 12 pm. The sound was unlike anything I've ever heard. It was a howling noise and very loud. It scared the crap out of me. Could I have been pranked. If so it wasn't funny.

The Staff was friendly. The free WiFi was not very fast and keep going out. Had to un-connect the WI-FI then re-selected the correction almost every time you turn on your device. Also, the TV keep losing signal in the middle of a program. This happen about 4 times in a day. Some Stations did not come on at all.

Not a bad room, typical for Extended Stay America. It was clean and quiet, which is all we wanted for one night.
