Nice room for the price. For the price my room I have to say was nice. Smell odor coming out elevator but think it was from someone's food. Overall experience was okay.

It's like a small apartment! Staff is amazing! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room was big and like an apartment. If I needed anything I always received it quickly!

Friendly staff- upgraded. Although the hotel did not have the bed that I booked when I arrived at the front desk to check-in, competent employee gave a free upgrade to resolve problem. Room was great and fairly clean.
Adequate hotel. Close to Nortwestwest Expressway. Hotel was adequate. Beds were comfortable. Small room; bathrooms could be remodeled.. The lobby was small, but nice. Nice breakfast included. Hotel on Saturday night was noisy and wild with people who were yelling and probably drunk. Hotel staff , Brian, very helpful.
