Wouldn't stay here again at HALF the price! The room was tiny, there was NO coffee-pot or kitchenware (plates, cups, glasses, etc) in the 'full' kitchen, and the carpet in front of the bathroom door was soaked when we got there. I told the manager about it, but was not offered to trade rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, and the drapes either covered the a/c unit or were wide open (not good on a ground floor bedroom). Dirty Old food on corners of room. Dirt on bathroom floors. Not worth the money spent on this room.

Not clean! The first floor was the smoking floor, we could smell it when we arrived at the front desk. Upon arriving at our room on the second floor the smell was unpleasant as well. The over all condition was extremely dirty! Stains on the couch, carpets and chairs. So much so we used our jackets as blankets instead of the ones that were provided. When then renovated they did a poor job. We will never stay again.

Light bulbs extra ? Despite the coffee maker not operational, all the bulbs missing from lamps, no laundry soup available for washing clothes, our stay in OKC was fantastic ... unless of coarse, we were in our motel room ! Shouldn't be so crass... after all we did have WARM water to shower in ! Would have gladly paid the non-discounted rate for inclusion of all the above :-( Won't be getting back to Ext. Stay anytime soon.
Hospital visit next day Housekeeping has no idea what the word means. Along the baseboards were not cleaned. The one fake leather recliner had greasy (like fried chicken) hand prints all over. Condom's and hair in the dresser drawer. Oven in the kitchenette has not been cleaned in at least one year. The stove top was not clean. One of the drip pans had grease (hamburger) in it that was not cleaned up. The trash can under the kitchen sink had not been emptied. DO NOT STAY HERE I was very disappointed in my stay at the Extended Stay America. My door was completely unhinged and I felt very unsafe. The front door would not close at all. The carpet has stains all over it and their looked like there were many holes in the wall that they tried to replace. Overall, terrible stay and I will not stay there again.
Hotel needs a lot of work. Desk person was very nice... Dirty room and gross bathroom. I decided not to use the shower.....checked out early and went to a better hotel. Service people were great, hotel was not.

Unexpected turnout When we got to the hotel we booked for, the clerk told us that it was not reserved even though we have booked it two weeks in advance, and tried to cover it up by saying the room was not ready until 3pm, so they sent us to another one. When we got to the other hotel the front desk clerk was very rude. When we got to our room it did not have any hangers, found towels with yellow stain on them, and a blotch on the comforter that appeared to be blood-like.
