Not Recommended if Needing Accessible Room Requested accessible room when I booked. Upon arrival was advised that there were no accessible rooms available. I was travelling with my Mother (in a wheelchair). We wound up on the 2nd floor. She got stuck in the bathroom because there were no rails, fell, etc. because it wasn't accessible. It was a very difficult night. Also, loading in the room, I had to pull her (in her chair) through double doors (doors were not automatic). Rif/Raf hanging out all over and outside hotel. Loud slamming doors all hours of day/night. No “grab & go” breakfast even though advertised.

There were multiple domestic disputes between a couple in the hallway throughout the night that involved shouting and foul language. It was very difficult to get any sleep.

Dirty room The room was really dirty. There were strings and trash all over the floor. There was something crumbled all over the kitchen floor underneath the table. The bathtub had hair in it and there was hair all over the room. I wish I had known I could submit pictures on here. I sure would have taken some. When I complained to the front desk, the girls' solution was that she would clean the room after I left the next day.

Extended Stay turned extremely dissappointed DIIIIRRRRTTTTTTYYYYYYY room. Lackluster service; locked out upon arrival even after calling several hours in advance to alert the front desk of a later check-in. Then had to wait several minutes for someone to unlock the door. Overcharged AND charged twice. Took 6 days to get a refund of the overcharge. Felt disgusting after spending the night but was stuck after arriving later than expected. Stains everywhere including blood and snot on sheets and walls. Fire alarm was disconnect... read more

Bad experience!!! Ghetto! Alarms went off multiple times. Pot smoke through the halls. For a non-smoking facility it has smoke smell everywhere. Trash in the stairways, sticky floors. I should have taken pictures,

Not satisfied Upon arriving to room, noticed that trash had not been emptied. Contacted attendant and she stated that she would be by to get trash. Well, two hours later, I was taking trash to her. Also, went to ask for an extra pillow, she stated that she was out. With this being an Extended Stay, would have thought that with the kitchenette, cabinets and drawers that there would have been dishes or silverware in them. Well none was present.
