Might want to overlook this Extended stay. Toilet ran non stop. Noticed this on check in, informed front desk, & was told it would be fixed. It never was. Room above me undergoing construction, which began early in the morning, before 8am. Hard to hear while talking on the phone, for business, and difficult to concentrate while working. Bathroom not clean. Bed not comfortable, pillows hard.

Needs Improvement First room - AC broken Second room - ceiling light fixture dangling by wire. Cleaning rags left in room. A hotel guest approached by teenage daughter and asked if she was traveling alone. Followed her back to her room, but then kept walking.

This hotel was repulsive. The smell a lone will make you double think your choice. The comforter on top of the bed was stained and full of cigarette burns. I did not even want to shower in the place. You could hear the staff around 1 am talking on the phone loud in the hall. Its not a clean or nice place. I would choose something else.

Will not stay there again The hotel had a weird odor. It was so noticeable my 6 year old grandson said something. Our room was not very clean. There were noticeable places where it wasn't cleaned well. Our room smelled as well. We requested a disability accessible room but didn't receive one. Instead we were placed in the last room in the hallway which required a lot of walking.

Extended Stay American should be ashamed I normally read reviews but needed to book a room quickly for my son who is a transport driver. He has stayed at various Extended Stay hotels across the country in past years. I let my guard down and felt that the name should speak for itself on quality of room. WRONG! All the reviews that are on the site about this motel are absolutely true. It's smelled and room was dirty.
