Phone didn’t work in the room, no stopper for the sink, no dishwasher detergent, ran out of wash rags- they had no clean ones, WiFi wasn’t very good. Needed to be updated. Halls smelled like smoke. Continental breakfast was horrible. No coffee maker in the room.

No room at the Inn..... Booked online and when we arrived were told there were no rooms available. A little disappointing when you are travelling late at night and are ready to go to bed.

The hotel staff didn’t even know if they had a room for me. When he finally found one he was trying to charge me a different rate than that which I booked. After getting all that settled he gave me the keys and the room was dirty. There was hair on the telephone, trash on the floor, the stove was dirty, the cabinets had crumbs in them, and there was food in the sink.

Horrible First time using Travelocity won’t do that again. I picked this hotel extended stay oh my. Check in was a 3 got there the room wasn’t ready for another 2 hrs. Then go back and the said they overbook and didn’t have my room. Then she was like my bad I found it. First night I need extra towel go to front desk ask rolled her eyes and went to the back. Then my room didn’t have carpet so sent my son for a broom being nice to clean my room a least and she told my son really again. I will not be staying at any extended sta... read more

Expefia iver booked the hitel so we didnt get the room we were supposed to. I said we would taje another room and fiund it hadnt been cleaned yet and it was 5:30pm. The second room seemed ckran at first but the sleeper sofa mattress had blood on it, plus there werent any linens for it. Also trash under it.

Is this place shutting down? We chose Extended Stay to get the kitchenette. Yet it wasn't stocked-AT ALL-when we were told it had the minimums. Booked the room for two adults but only had one bath towel and washcloth. Pillows were practically nonexistent.

Wont be a Repeat Costumer I booked thru Hotels.com got there and all seemed to be great with check in, but thats where it stopped was given a room that already had someone in it, what a surprise when we open the door! The desk clerk then got us a different room, one that we discovered wasnt ready for guests. We had to go get towels because there werent any. But the worst part was we walked into a nonsmoking room and it smelled of a smoking break room it was horrible. Now as I am checking my bank statement I have discovered I... read more
