Hotel is in great need of updating. Very rundown. Carpets soiled. Room very run down.
Room smelled like dog urine The room was big and I liked the set up. But my room smelled so bad of dog or cat urine. Under my sink there was black mold I took pictures. Thank goodness the last night they moved us to a better room. I paid For 3 nights in a mold and urine smelling room. Not to happy about it.
Don't do it Had to have staff come to the room to clean mess off the toilet and edge of the tub. And after half a bottle of febreeze, the room still had a STRONG smell of Chinese food. Sorry I went there

The roomed smelled of urine, the chairs were heavily stained, and the sofa was smelly and dirty.

Do NOT book here! We reserved 2 NON-smoking rooms at this hotel for our family that included 2 young children. We assumed that the lady that was checking us in was giving us non-smoking rooms. Going up to our rooms, the elevator was slow and the door didn't work right. The smell of the hallway was nasty. We get into the one room. It was hot, muggy, and STINKY. Maybe the worst I have stayed in Based on number of stars for OKC hotels this one seemed like it would be one of the better ones. Outside looks good. Inside is terrible. Something had spilled on elevator floor and not cleaned--that was a clue. When I got to the third floor the hall was thick with cigarette smoke. My "no smoking room" reeked of cigarette smell--imagine an old casino. When I called the front desk I was told part of that floor was smoking and they couldn't control people smoking in that room. It was a place to spend the nite Bed had pretzel crumbs on it. Floor had not been vacuumed. No wash clothes in the bathroom. Bed was broken! Obvious lack of attention at this place.

Never will use this hotel as an overighter. I was very disappointed with the selection Hotel's .com reccommended for me since the one I wanted to stay at was full. Definitlely not a place for an overnight stay. First room we walked into was dirty. Still trash in ttash cans and debris on the floor.
