Terrible, Smelly Hotel My big mistake was letting my husband select the hotel as he would be there longer than me. We booked a king bed which we didn't get. But the biggest issue was the smell. This was a non-smoking room that smelled of stale smoke. My husband is banned from hotel selection and this chain will never be considered again

Really? I could have found a box on the side of the road in better shape. If my expectations had been lowered by half, this hotel still wouldn't have been able to reach that. I want a refund.

Comfortable bed and clean, but nothing else. Toilet needed attn. Flush handle was broken and had to be forced. No coffeemaker in room - unacceptable! No hair dryer in room and none available from desk. No unsweetened creamer available in lobby for coffee - unacceptable!Front desk personnel not visible or responsive.
The hotel is hell do not go here. It is dirty and the staff do not clean it is ghetto

The room was nice but had call front desk and ask for toilet paper and cups to drink out of. They keep the coffee pots and other things at front desk. You have to buy your own coffee and filters and for what started out as a 2 day stay and turned into 5 it was not worth it. Every time I needed something from the front desk I would have to go looking for them because they didn't answer the phone or weren't within hearing distance of the phone. Dishonest hotel Made a reservation at this hotel - when I arrived was told by the front desk that despite my confirmed, pre-paid reservation, no rooms were available. Front desk agent assured me that they would credit back reservation and apologized for the mistake. The charge on my credit card was never reversed. Called hotels.com and they were very helpful, unfortunately, the hotel now claims that I was a "no-show" and completely denies that they were the ones unable to accommodate my reservation. Disgusting Walked into the first room we had and had to do a quick change but the room was disgusting, bed was unmade, looked like their were gross people who stayed there the night before.
