Very Rude Check in went well, but everything after that was a disaster. We noticed that the phone receiver was missing. The toilet also stopped up on us. On our way in the morning we told the front desk about our missing phone receiver and stopped up toilet. She wrote a ticket and assured us that it would be taken care of. We returned 10 hours later and it was obvious that the room had not been entered. Toilet was still stopped up and no phone receiver. Nasty!!! We had to stay in city due to our son being admitted into hospital in the area the first room the hotel tried to give us was filthy. Urine was dried onto seat of toilet, food crumbs on cabinet surface not sanitary at all. It was already late when we booked the room so went back downstairs she gave us another room which was cleaner. Would had left all together but tried to get a hotel for an hour and wanted to be close to hospital where our son was located. Never will we stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! Could not get our rooms serviced everyday Evan after I gave them a cc and spoke to Manager, asst manager and the DM Ellis. Ellis assured me the issue would be fixed but my rooms are still not cleaned. The hotel staff is the worst I have ever seen absolutely NO customer service. I can't wait to leave and NEVER come back.
Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. I would never stay here again. Dirty rooms, smelled bad, just nasty. I had to clean the room before I could do anything. We changed the original room we were in. No breakfast to speak of. Oatmeal and breakfast bars. No milk or joice. Don't stay here unless you enjoy being in the doghouse.

OMG please take off your list as a option This hotel need to close down never will I stay at this hotel. I had to check out this hotel and go to another hotel.. Nasty, old, small and had begs flying around my room...
It was ok! Hotel was in a nice location, but hard to get to! Hotel hallways were hot, and the floor by the elevators were never mopped! The bathrooms weren't as clean as I would like but overall it's ok!

Gooey floors All of the carpets were soaked with a waxy goo. We couldn't walk on them barefoot without our feet feeling sticky. There looked like there was blood on the floor but it could have been red mud. There was vomit in the stairwell. Our stay was very uncomfortable. The only thing that made it somewhat okay was the excellent service from the hotel staff.
It was awful room was dirty ! The room was dirty had left over stuff from last guest an the staff could care less. Was told they had a non smoking room at check in was told we don't ! So they sold a bill of goods they didn't have . Which I could get by on that but the room being dirty was just awful . Do not stay here !!!
