My first room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that I changed rooms (which cost me additional $ from the quote). The carpets were filthy and the room was not much better. Heating system smelled horrible. Very bad experience. Will never stay again.

Less than adequate My first room smelled so bad that I requested a change. Second room didn't smell as bad but was not clean. The carpet was filthy. The heater smelled like burned toast. The bathroom fan was loud. Would never stay again.

Gone downhill. Hall smelled awful, like stale laundry. Hard be, scratchy towels, no coffee in room, even a cup.

Adequate for one night, wouldn't stay longer. The hotel was perfectly adequate for a one-night stopover stay. All of the now expected in-room amenities such as a coffee pot, had to be requested from the front desk - awkward for a late night check in and early morning departure. Don't forget your shampoo, because there isn't any in the room.

Bad, For 1) would not let me use my entertainment promo, because I booked it thru Expedia. 2) the pillows suck. 3) why have a kitchen if we don't have anything in it. Not even a coffee pot. There breakfast downstairs, was not all that great either. Since I booked it thru Expedia they would not even give me a receipt for my stay. I know now to stay somewhere else.

I had some what of a bad experience, some other couple was given our room key and entered our room. What if we had not been there when they entered? My stuff could have been stolen. When I told the front desk lady she didn't seem to care or seem to shocked at all and did nothing to make my stay better.

Bring your own cleaning supplies and some Febreeze The hotel room's smell knocked me over when I walked in. I immediately went to the store and bought clorox wipes and a bottle of febreeze. The floor was filthy and filled the wipes quickly. I used an entire bootle of febreeze to get the heavy B.O. smell out of everything. When I went to use the kitchen there was nothing in it. I had to call the front desk to bring me up a used plastic storage container of flatware and dishes...with no soap! I couldnt tell if any of it was cl... read more

Not what we thought we were paying for. When we made our reservation, we thought this hotel had a pool. No dice. When we arrived, we were put into a King room when we requested Double beds. It took 2 days to move us to an appropriate room and our 6' son had to sleep on the pull out couch, which was NOT comfortable. The cleaning service never came, and we were there more than a week. The continental breakfast consisted only of coffee and muffins or granola bars. The beds were very uncomfortable. We asked for an extra pillow a... read more

You Get What You Pay For!! We got what we paid for I guess, but this Extended Stay had NOTHING amenity-wise in the room and we were told that if we needed dishes, etc just to come to the front desk and ask. Luckily I discovered early enough that this included hair dryers!! It was bare-bones for sure. Also the ads should say "grab & go" breakfast as it was literally a cabinet in the lobby that was opened up. No place to sit. Coffee with Styrofoam cups and below was muffins, granola bars, apples and instant oatmeal, which you ... read more
