Horrible room conditions. The room was filthy and disgusting. When I first walked into the room the comforter was on the floor and there were towels on the floor in the bathroom. I could not stay there! I went to the front desk and told them I was leaving and wanted a credit back to my American Express.

we will never stay at this hotel ever again! Front desk staff vey unpleasant and not helpful. The room was not stocked with cups or towels. There was a Kitchenette that had no dishes to use. When asked if they had cups the FD staff insisted there was some and that if we wanted more we would have to come to pick them up. Lastly, room was on 3rd floor and smoking, we do not smoke and have allergies!

This place left a lot to be desired. At check in, we waited quite a while for somebody to come to the desk, and finally resorted to dialing the assistance number supplied on the signage. The carpet was filthy. Nothing in the kitchenette, but if we were staying longer, I wonder if we could have asked for some. In any case, we were not informed. The faucet dripped all night in the kitchenette and the walls were paper thin so we heard the guy next door laugh from 11:30-1:00ish. With a kitchenette, we would have thought that the... read more

Do Not Stay Here if You Are a Family. This place is pathetic when it comes to trying to be accommodating to families for numerous reasons. First, the employees are completed rude and about as unhelpful as can be. We were shocked at the indifference and attitude displayed by the employees at the front desk. Not sure if the owners are aware or if its a trickle down effect. Next, although the place looks clean from the outside the rooms are dirty as if they don't vacuum or wash the sheets. Same as staying at Motel 6 for double the price When checking in the "friend" of the front desk employee was a greater concern then anything else. Our first room was supposed to be non-smoking but had been recently smoked in and the smell was awful. The room we were transferred to was next to the very loud elevator. A watermelon rine that we made the desk clerk aware of stayed on the floor of the stair case for over 24hours. Out check in time was 3pm. I arrived at 3 pm and was told our room was not yet clean and was asked to come back in 45 minutes. I had nowhere to go so I waited at the jack in the box. I went back and they had not started to clean my room. I was told that they would do it now and it would take 15 minutes tops. I waited a total of an hour and a half, PAST checkout time to get into my room. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

그냥 잘려고만 하는 호텔? 아니 모텔 아침식사는 최악이었습니다. 말그대로 건강식 바와 빵 커피가 전부

Schön gelegenes Hotel mit großen Schwächen Zimmer wäre eigentlich o.k., aber es waren keine Handtücher, keine Badeutensilien (Shampoo, Lotion ...) sowie kein Föhn vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurden die Dinge dann bereinigt. Das kostenlose Frühstück ist ein Witz: Bananen, Äpfel, Kaffee und Donuts, das war´s !!!!!
