room ok bath towels small, shampoo and soap gone after first day. staff ok but never seen

very clean room and very friendly front desk. The problem I had with my room is that it was so NOISY!! there was noise from the fridge that never shut off. there was noise from the heating ducts in the ceiling. The walls appeared to be paper thin as I could hear every single cough from the guy staying next door. I did not sleep more than an hour and I had a big exam to take the next day. super disappointed in my stay here.

Needed to check out a coffee pot and cup from the desk. "Breakfast" (as advertised) was a grab-and-go wrapped sweet roll. Very disappointing.

Hosed up Reservation system!! I reserved two rooms, and only 1 was available. We had to ride in the dark and the rain to find another hotel who could supply us with 2 rooms
