Not going back. There was no free breakfast. Just muffins and coffee. Pretty sad!

Dogs and smoke.....not for me!! This is a smoking hotel. I reserved 3 non smoking rooms but they only had one when we got there. And even though the one room was non smoking it still reeked of old smoke. It is also a pet ok hotel. Of which there was a dog in the room above us and it paced the floor ALL NIGHT LONG!! It sounded like a dryer full of tennis shoes. It took a bit to figure out what the noise was, I thought why would they be doing laundry at 3 in the morning. Worst nights sleep ever.

Very terrible experience My chicken was very good but when I got to the room I noticed right away the bedspread had some kind of either blood or food on the bedspread then when I went to take a shower there was hair all over the shower that hadn't been cleaned from the day before very unclean Lee room just should have never been and I told the staff the next morning when I checked out but all they said is we apologize for your inconvenience they didn't say they would help pay for another room another time or anything very di... read more

Disappointed We asked for a non-smoking room due to my migraines - I am very sensitive. The room smelled like smoke. The TV would not turn on, we tried calling and even stopping by the front desk several times, to no one answering the phone or manning the from desk. The next morning I called at 7 am, the front desk personnel said to come down to the front desk and she could change out the remote batteries. Not a great place OMG can I say for the last two nights I listened to the person above our room walking/running so freakin loud and slamming cabinet doors and the banging. For the price I was not happy and won’t stay again. Oh yeah shower sucks handle was all but falling off and breakfast don’t count on that either. They ran out two days ago and it was oh yeah we don’t have this cause we ran out two days ago. Entrance is not friendly either and the location sucks!

Terrible experience The first time to olympia and the first time stay in this hotel Chain. We arrive at the hotel late and they give us a room very noisy with Fan. We are not be able to sleep. Our 21days old daughter and 5 years old son travel with us. The staff refuse to chage a room for us because they don't want to do the extra Cleaning. And they know nobody will accept to stay at that kind of room. It is a worse hotel I have ever lived in with this price. And in addition, the room is very dirty.

I will not stay here agian When I first walked in I was told there were no dishes or utensils in the room and since I was staying 3 nights there would be no room service. I then was changed extra fees for my dog which added up to about $90.00 for the 3 days. When I checked into the room there was no hair dryer, no amenities just one small bottle of shampoo.
