Noisy fans in poor conditions No maintenance person to fix. Bad night

Property is under construction. Started at 6:30 in the morning so hope you don’t want to sleep in. Breakfast that’s included is coffee and tea. If you include breakfast you should be able to chew it! No ice machine on property. They allow animals in all the rooms. Our bed skirts had white dog hair on them. Front desk staff could care less about our concerns or complaints. Only positive I can give is location. Close to shopping and freeway.

Was very noisy, from the room above me. The floor creaked anytime they walked around, which went on through the night. The room was at least clean. Front desk people were sketchy. I'm never going back!

There was food in the refrigerator from a previous guest and the room was not clean (noticeable pet hairs on furniture). I attempted to talk to someone at the front desk, but no one was there between 9:30-9:45, so I ended up leaving and did not stay.

Horrible experience! They promised a refund of half of our money since we left early due to poisoning of one of my kids. I called to follow up, they promised to call me back, but they NEVER did. Do better!!!

The room and amenities were great, clean and operable in every way. The housekeeping and front desk staff were fabulous and cheerful and helpful. Their floor manager however lacks basic decency and communication skills.
