Comfortable room but overall disappointing stay They claim to be really adamant about being a nonsmoking hotel, even making me sign a form stating that I’d be charged $250 if I smoked in my room. However, a previous inhabitant had smoked in there, left an ash stain on the headboard, left the room smelling rank, and pulled down the vent in the bathroom (it was literally hanging by one screw) and stuffed dryer sheets in it. A great place. People are so friendly. Staff bends over backwards to help. Cant wait to stay again.
The room was filthy at check in . very dirty smells no one ever around the front lobby area
