Nice to have a kitchen and a desk. Room was somewhat clean, very slight cigarette smell and couple hairs in bathtub. Other than these, it seemed clean.

This IS a true extended stay hotel. Most guests there (during my brief stay) were in transition, between permanent housing. Not a traditional hotel as I am familiar with. Good Wifi connection. Not a retreat style stay but sufficient.

It was very clean and quiet. It is an older building, but some nice updates in the room.
