Fair hotel within 15 min of anything in Omaha The room was clean and the staff was nice the cleaning products used in the hall had a strong smell but it wasn’t a bad smell. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall a good stay

Needs improvement Uninformed front desk personnel.odd smelling room, was it a cleaning solution or mold perhaps? Workout facilities not available due to ceiling leak. Breakfast was pathetic, I have had better selection at other extended stay properties.

Great customer service. Would benefit from more hotel amenities ice machine, swimming pool, kitchen supplies in the room with kitchens.
