The kitchen wasn’t fully with dishes and no pots and pans

No hair dryer, no streaming service just cable not even the option for it, room does not seem to be cleaned as I found a empty orange juice bottle when I went to plug in my charger. Counters and sink as well as microwave seemed to be have wiped drag, I had to Wash sink before using it. Butter was left in the refrigerator so how can that been cleaned. The bathroom and the floors were dirty and the room had a weird smell to it. The grab and go breakfast was a joke.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels over the years, but this was hands-down one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. After driving seven hours from Denver, exhausted and just wanting to check in and sleep, I was turned away because their own equipment couldn’t scan my ID. My ID is perfectly valid, yet because their scanner wasn’t working properly, they refused to check me in. No workaround, no effort, no common sense. The one thing I would expect when I pay for a room with a kitchen is to have it basically stocked with essentials like plates, cooking pots and pans, cutlery, ect., having to piecemeal it through the front desk made me wish I would have called first and found a place that provided that. I would have paid a little more and be held accountable for those items in the room rather than try to find them elsewhere.
