Awful management The front desk, assistant manager, was so rude. I had accidentally forgot to change my occupancy on my reservation from the default of 2 to 1 and she would not assist me in checking in because of this. I advised her that i was here for business and there was no one staying with me. Assistant manager Robbie and Manager Jamie were completely disrespectful. COCKROACHES, BLOOD stains, and abnormal stains were in our room !!! We went to complain after noticing these things the third night. All they offered was another room! They did NOT refund the nights we did NOT stay there and much less a compensation for the problem. Place was dirty and smelt so bad when you first walked in and then when you walked in the hallways. They shower was dirty and sounded like you were going to fall through the floor they didn’t have any trash cans in the room

There was bed bugs and the whole kitchen was out dated and there was trash already under the sink before we stay and front desk said I had to take it out and I ask for more pillows they said they didn’t have any extra
