Extended stain When I got there, I had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for somebody to answer the front desk. So I could Check-in? Can I go to the room? I got a sweet and the full out. Couch is broken where you couldn't even sit on it. And they wouldn't do nothing about it and I had no utensils. No plates, no. Nothing in the room and um. The bed was hard as hell. It wasn't very clean. It smoked like cigarette smoke and it wasn't nowhere near an elevator cause i'm disabled.

STAY AWAY Horrible! Unbelievable! Unconscionable! Will never stay there again. Couldn't check me in because Expedia showed 2 people instead of just me. Had to call Expedia to change it. Came back 2 hours later. Now they couldn't process my reservation. Made another reservation at another hotel. Ten minutes to drive there 2 minutes to check in. Shouldn't be that hard. Incompetent.

Property Assistant Manager Robbie was easily the most rude, unhelpful person I’ve ever encountered. She wanted no part in checking me…just wanted to sit at her desk playing on her phone. I will never stay here.

Kinda sketchy Room wasn't good, but wasn't terrible, but the whole situation was a mess. People were talking about drug deals in the elevator, people were high in the lobby, the guest in the room next to me got evicted while I was there, I couldn't get out of there fast enough when I woke up in the morning.
