Room floor was sticky and had weird looking spots on floors, but conditions didn't change after housekeeping mopped the floor. Shower drain was stopped up, but situation was remedied quickly.

The property was close to our location that we were visiting which was nice and our goal. The hotel staff was nice and the hotel was clean. But, on the last night the fire alarm kept turning back on for an hour before it turned off for the night. It was a false alarm but definitely not a great experience. Also most hotels come with shampoos and conditioner as amenities for the room but when i called down to the desk they didnt have any conditioner which confused me. it is a good location location is good, very convenient to Disneyland and restaurants. But the room has not boiling water pot, and the burner doesn't work. cleanliness was fine.
Staff was very friendly, always answering questions and giving rwcommendations. Walking distance to restaurants and near disney parks.

Quick access to Gardenwalk and restaurants. Everything was walking distance. Exactly what we were looking for.

Walking distance to Disney and the Garden Walk. Restroom bathtub was not in a great condition and the room had a smell even though it was non-smoking room. We had to make sure the fan was on.

Great staffing an Cesar did a great job helping me with checking in, minor issue with reservation.
