Found previous customers hair in the room and bathroom. Found a pin/sowing needle on the floor. Called couple times during the week leading up to the stay and got different answers for checking in early first two people told us it’s was $10 and to call in before arriving so it can be set up, then at the hotel front desk said it was $58. But after I explained few times they eventually waived. Other than that my stay with my son was great.

Disappointing They had over sold rooms and expected my 14 year old daughter and I to sleep in separate rooms. After letting them know that I was not comfortable with the idea they agreed to give me the original room I booked. I came down to the desk later and saw a very upset person on the phone telling someone that they didn't have their room. The hallway and our room smelled like weed the entire night and the walls were so thin I could here the guy snoring in the room next to ours.

Located within walking distance to Disneyland. The rooms were decent, no real issues there. However, the the hallways/common areas smelled like marijuana and other fowl odors i cannot describe. Most of the personnel working were friendly and helpful aside from the one female working the front desk that intentionally ignored phone calls coming in on at least two separate occasions.

Manager comes through I arrived early, the manager went the extra mile to find a completed clean room. check in normally at 3pm. Had one hour before the event started if I checked in at 3pm. I was checked in at 100pm

Nice place. Read all the fine print. It was a nice place. It would have been good to know that house keeping services are at a cost and are not included. You can get new towels by bringing down old towels, that was a first for me. I would probably not stay there again. Due to the lack of house cleaning no lobby restroom, its an employee restroom. You can walk to Disneyland and there is a shuttle two great features and parking wasn't an issue. So this is a solid place to stay for a theme park visit.

Nothing really wrong. Was a good place just to sleep. Sheets did have a yellow stain but you could tell it was washed room can have a little more light. I would stay again just cause the convinence of how close it was to Disney. It’s decent.
