Disneyland Our room was semi clean, only had 2 towels and 1 bar soap for 4, the bathroom door handle wasn’t secure, and there was no tv remote. The free WiFi was slower than 3G wireless and the on the go breakfast was a joke.

The price to use laundry facilities and front desk did not have quarters! Also the towels looked dirty!

Diseny birthday trip A little far from disneyland but it was alright

I rent 4 rooms for family and friend, one of them room had bed bug. We had to be moved to another room. Staff credit us back for that night.

It was a good stay except the refrigerator in the room was either broken or had damage to it prior to my stay. Other than that it was a good room.

Found some shakes in the fridge.I told the check in counter that i already paid through hotel.com for my hotel stay but she insisted that they are the one collecting payments and asked me to swipe my card.I think check in registration should be oriented well when there clients got there hotel stay from another party
