It was okay.. TV couldnt keep a signal. The bedding wasnt comfortable, not really a comforter more like a throw blanket. Only 3 pillows on bed, should have been 4 since there was two of us.

Air conditioning box was barely functional, with the cover falling apart, slow draining sink with the scent of sewage, along with the water feeling slimy and carpet not vacuumed well. Staff was friendly and everything went smoothly otherwise

Great value and location Outstanding staff very helpful. Everyone very concerned with the level of service they provide. Morning is complimentary coffee and muffins. Small apartment size kitchen. Distance to Disneyland by car excellent but to far to walk.

You get what you pay for. Location of the area was great and the free parking was a plus. Very basic hotel. Floors did not look like it was mobbed and during the initial check in I requested new sheets due to the current ones looking spotty. Toilet seat had some pinkish residue on it, could have been the disinfectant they used to clean......I hope. Asked personnel to change the sheets and they were quick to comply.

They don’t trust you No batteries in remote, no hair dryer, and no dishes unless you ask the front desk to borrow. If you want fresh towels you have to exchange them at the front desk. This is how much trust they have in their customers. The front desk employees are friendly but the custodial could not care less if you are coming down the hallway or are in the elevator. We were pushed to the side twice to get out of the way because they were not going to stop rolling the carts. Would never recommend.
