Disappointed :( We checked in very late. The toilet had urine on the seat. The floors had not been swept, there was beads from like a bracelet that had broken. The housekeeping is horrible. There is a kitchenette, but with ZERO supplies. You have to ask for extra towels which is fine, except they use really cheap toilet paper, and they give you one roll, and when you need help to get more towels, or anything for that matter... you can never find anyone at the check in counter. Disneyland Our room was semi clean, only had 2 towels and 1 bar soap for 4, the bathroom door handle wasn’t secure, and there was no tv remote. The free WiFi was slower than 3G wireless and the on the go breakfast was a joke.

The price to use laundry facilities and front desk did not have quarters! Also the towels looked dirty!

I rent 4 rooms for family and friend, one of them room had bed bug. We had to be moved to another room. Staff credit us back for that night.
