I have to relocate when I check in hotel because they told me the hotel get over book, take about one hour fix the issue

The room was dirty and was not given another room or accomedation. I would prefer a refund. It was disgusting. We received a notice stating that they are now going to hire professional cleaners. So whoever was cleaning prior were not professional cleaners.

Staff was great really loved this one lady with glasses and curly hair. Hated the room itself, one million percent needs to be updated. Didn’t have a hairdryer in the room. Didn’t have a suitcase rack. If I needed anything brought to my room they said I had to go get it at the front desk. Bed sheets were dirty. Towels had hair all over them. Shower was broken. Do not stay here Rooms were dirty and appliances and furniture were stained. Security latch was very loose. Didn’t feel safe I ended up checking out after a couple hrs of checking in. Rooms are not like the pictures online
