Infested with fleas and stale cigarette smell The staff is great-this is the one positive thing. The condition of the hotel and rooms leaves much to be desired. Firstly getting on to the elevator and smelling the scent of old stale cigarettes the smell continues even in our non smoking room. Terrible - would highly not recommend This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we walked in, the room just felt dirty and unkept — and it only got worse the longer we stayed. We discovered roaches crawling around in the room, which was shocking because we hadn’t even brought in any food at all. There’s simply no excuse for that. The first room I was assigned had fleas that jumped onto my sandals and legs and started biting. The night clerk, Jason was great and gave me another room on a higher floor. The keys didn’t work, so I had to go back down and have them re-activated. The bathtub had mold and did not look clean. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again!

This is barely a hotel. When we were there, most of the guests appeared to be unhoused individuals staying there on government voucher. I’m glad they’re getting housed, but think the hotel (or someone) should have been transparent about what’s going on there.

I had no hot water. I complained to the front desk and I hate to do that. They just said sorry and that was it.
