I should have known better than to value shop in this area. It’s the little things. I expected cleanliness issues from the start, and for it to be a bit noisy. But I did not expect to have to ask for simple things like towels. I had early morning meetings all week and waking up to realize there wasn’t a towel for after a morning shower was a huge issue. The hotel itsel was diety. Elevators very dirty. Trash in hallways. One set of towels on room literally one set. Went down to get more towels told none clean. Was then able to get towels at 930 pm. Avertisr grab and go breakfast. Completely false advertising. Had coffee and oatmeal packets only. No muffins or granola bars as advertised. Tub in room in bad shape and leaky faucet all night long. during my stay. I saw 3 baby cockroaches. one near the bed.. one in the tub and one in between the shower curtains. not a good experience at all.

Very poor but nice people at desk The overall condition or everything was very poor such as there was a lot of worn carpet with holes, shower was clean but was definitely in need of an update and when I asked for a coffee pot the 1st one was missing pieces the 2nd had a moldy coffee filter and the 3rd that was only about a 2 cup pot took about an hour and half to brew. However the people at the front counter when I checked in were very nice and tried to do their best.
