It was not inviting
Police visited the property due to unruly behavior and there was screaming from a guest in the middle of the night. Bathtub was rusty, the room smelled musty and old, community area and rug were old and rolled up. Room had no shampoo or hairdryer. Expedia advertised breakfast but it was instant oatmeal , granola bar, and a packaged muffin. Overall a terrible stay.
There were no grab bars in the bath.
There was a cockroach
Water faucets in shower cannot be turned off, continues to drip. Fan in bathroom very loud. Live roach found on kitchen counter. Outside of property not well kept..weeds overgrown, grass yellow. Will NEVER stay in Extended Stay America Suites again.
Room had a strong foul odor and a smelled like cigarettes in the lobby area. Elevator had an odor

Property is in a very rundown state and its not maintained well. There were cockroaches in the room. Microwave was not working. Bathroom was not clean, it was very difficult to use the bath tub, a mat was sticked onto to the floor for extra grip OR to hide something beneath that.
