Absolutely horrible. Stunk like cigarettes. Multiple issues with trying to get towels to doing laundry to absolute crap for breakfast. I should have booked somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN.

Problem with checking in they didn’t have a room ready for us until about 2 hours after check in time all they said is you’re going to have to wait and come back

The room smelled heavily of urine. Only way to keep the smell down was to keep the room cold. Asked for and extra blanket and was given a single sheet. Was told I could make the room warmer. I said no due to the smell. They said all of the rooms have a smell of some kind.... nope never staying in cypress again. Their target might as well be a walmart.

Overall, okay stay at this location. Have stayed at several Extended Stay America locations and this particular one was lacking basic amenities. No ice machine(s); breakfast offered was minimal with granola bars, oatmeal packets & muffins; and room(s)/hallways need overall deep cleaning.

Bed sheets where dirty. Refrigerator was dirty. Gosh the shower 🚿was awful,you will take forever showering since the water barely came out. Honestly the price it's not worthy. Plus they charged me $27.50 more for my pet, I have been on others hotels and pets are free and honestly i don't mind to pay for it but honestly this hotel for me the price isn't worthy.

The building was warned out. There were cockroaches in the bathtub. There were no utility items, like glasses. It was basically bare.
