Difficult Night AC BROKEN, no kitchen items in room, leaking tub fauction kept us up all night

Stay away! Not good...I will never stay there again! I frequent that area four to five times a year and I will never!!!! Service was horrible, room was dirty, and the staff was incompetent!!!!

Will not stay again Since the room included a kitchenette, I expected at least a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. The kitchen was empty of any sort of dishware AND no coffee. I had hoped to have a cup of coffee before we departed prior to 6am when "breakfast" was served. No luck. And there was not even a box of tissue in the bathroom. Really?! This was a quick in and out stay & this hotel didn't offer the "basic" amenities that most other hotels offer (without kitchens)! Very disappointed.

Booking mess up I booked a double room for myself and wife but when I tried to book in the receptionist said only two single rooms were available; on separate floors!! Totally useless to us. This caused us to hunt around for a new hotel which turned out very difficult. Most decent hotels were fully booked for our 5 night stay.

Not recommended Big bubble above tub with water dripping from it. Was told no maintenance there. Put towels in tub so wouldn't hear the drip. Outside exit door across from our room. It was opened and slammed all night long. Was supposed to stay here 4 nights. Checked out next day and went a nicer hotel.

This hotel was okay, it is some distance from amenities and the beach. The kitchenette has no cutlery, plates, bowls etc., so not sure what value it really adds. The breakfast in my mind is not a "Continental Breakfast", all they offered was packaged muffins and coffee.
