Worst experience EVER... One would think that after reserving and paying for a room online that u would have a room when u arrived to check in. That however was not the case. We were told the hotel was overbooked and there were no rooms available only to witness a guest who arrived 45 minutes after we did be given a room!! Talk about adding insult to injury!!!! We have stayed there numerous times due to its convenient loxation but unfortunately we will NEVER stsy there again

Words cannot begin to say how awful our room was! This is bare bones, no frills, hard squeeky beds, broken furniture .... not worth the money. So disappointed. Couldn't wait to leave!!

The room smelled musty and like animals. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Everyone that I was with did not sleep well. We have another extended stay reservation for later in our trip but cancelled it and found a different hotel because it was that uncomfortable.

It said free breakfast but a muffin or granola bar is not a breakfast . Could not get a good TV signal on any channel and the staff was absolutely unhelpful . The room was only partially clean I will never stay there again

Won’t stay again Room had mini kitchen yet no pots, pans, dishes or utensils so the kitchen was useless. Upon entry room smelled like air freshener trying to mask mildew, kept windows open the entire time. Free breakfast was coffee, tea with no honey and pre packed muffins. If you run out of towels you have to exchange the used ones for clean ones at the front desk. WiFi was the worst I have ever used and I’ve been to China. Overall would never stay here again. Only pro is location, proximity to beach.

We sent to three dinferent rooms which had already been used and dirty. Eventually the hotel staff had to go and get a cleaner room before we were ashered in and settled. It was a frightening experience.

Filthy and unorganized They checked me into an unclean room and then into a room that allready had a guest.

Very disappointed Minimal breakfast items with no place to sit and eat. Was not aware that linens and towels are only changed once a week. Leaks in bathroom. Dirty carpet, etc. Very nice tv, shower head. I, personally, did not stay there but booked for friends visiting from out of town. They complained from day 1.
