WOW Got to hotel at 1:30 am in the morning after a long day and night at the queen Mary, only when we tried to check the doors were locked and no one would awnser the phone outside. I was finally able to get inside after a guest let me in. Hotel rating Says 6.5 miles from beach..its 10 to 12.. Nothing is around you...breakfast is wrapped muffins, granola bars...worse ever...NO ice ... you make your own...Never again for this location!!

Unacceptable We had a horrific experience. Blood and other stains on the bedding and bed bug bites galore. The hotel handed us a roll of quarters and told us to do are own laundry. The Huntington Beach Health Dept. has been contacted. A full refund is expected. Please contact the hotel and let them know we expect to pay nothing for this horrible experience. worst hotel possible the worst experience of my vacation ,after driving for 10 hours just wanted to get sleep ,but had to change room three times because the sheets were dirty with full of stains ,worst than that the very unprofessional staff challenge you every step of the way tried hard to convince me that the sheets are old and there was a bug walking on pillows ,got good service from Expedia to get my money back .

Everything is sticky Wasn't going to review my stay here. Instead I opted to just contact the company and let them know about my experience. I got an automated reply within a minute of sending my email telling me "We are eager to quickly respond to your inquiry." It's been a few days and I haven't received any response, so I guess I'll go with the review. The desk clerk was great, and I had high hopes for everything else being OK. Horrible The staff was very lazy to assist us with things that were missing in our room the conditioning of central air was not working they had no pool amenity on the facility

HB hotel I expected much more from a hotel in HB. The staff seemed never around, the room was soso. I was awakened in the middle of the night all three nights I stayed by the sound of the dying ac unit and an odd fuming odor it emitted. I checked out a day earlier because of it.
