Smoking smell in the hallway, even though it says smoking free building, smoke detector in the room had a plastic bag covering it, TV was not working.

Early check in is the best check in Very helpful letting us check in early, had issues with my card but they were understanding and helpful and let us check in early which helped us get to our venue on time

Hotel staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. The room was quite clean and well spacious...but....as soon as we walked in the room, I spotted an ant crawling down the wall. We left to grab dinner (left a soda on the counter) and came back in to the kitchen area and counter COVERED with ants. First and last extended stay experience.
