Dirty room, broken elevator Upon check-in we found out that the elevator was broken and of course our room was on the 2nd floor. The wonderful person at check-in did offer to help bring our stuff upstairs. She was the best thing about the stay. The room was dirty and I had to clean the toilet, sink and kitchen area before I could use anything.

Staff great, room real nice. The only thing wrong was the elevator is broken thank God I didn’t need it for my husband as he is handicapped. But beside that it didn’t smell like dog it was pretty quiet my family slept well we have been using this hotel as needed for over 20 years always pleasant.

Bed sheets had hair on them from previous people. Food left in refrigerator. Room smelled and was very outdated.

We booked 2 rooms ahead through Expedia and paid in advance. After checking into one of the rooms because the other one was not cleaned we left to attend a boat parade. After 5:00 pm we were notified by Expedia that our other room was not available. They only option we were given by Expedia is that they would try to get us another room somewhere else.

Non-smoker My experience was very good except for the fact that I was in the non- smoking area and I could smell cigarette smoke all night long.

Service was great and nice staff. However, the rooms only appeared to be clean but are filled with so much dust and debris i contracted an upper respiratory infection while i was in the room. Whenever i left the room i felt much better and now since checkout am completely fine. The rooms are not cleaned properly and have so much stuff engrained in the furniture its tough to breath.
