Room was less than clean feeling. Bathroom floor dusty when shower turned on see it ( being an acessable room) Bigger Issue The Window lock is BROKEN.

Went here and tried to check in, no attendant was even at the front. Called Expedia and they attempted to get a hold of some one but was not successful. Poor management

I arrived with a confirmation and they were over sold and had to turn me away. I was very upset and disappointed and they haven’t even got back to me about getting my refund.

Arrived at facility and they stated no rooms were available, I wish I would get my money back even reserved a room and paid.

Room was run down and had food and other debris on the ground. Electrical plugs near the beds also could not hold anything plugged in.
