Room had no towels, an open outlet near the bed, outside the room it was very dirty, lot of cans outside, smelled bad.

the staff was not friendly, the room smells like smoke. Dirty room. Double beds instead of queen beds. No toilet paper holder. Food on window sill floor is dusty

No trash can. No hair dryer. There is kitchen but nothing to use. Scam.

Young woman at the front desk was sweet. The room itself was a disaster. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, all pillows and bedsheets smelled, not just unwashed, but smelled unwashed after multiple uses

Would not recommend this place. Room was not clean, there was a dead roach on our floor, and our bed had dirt and hair on it.

No map to the room, assuming that customers knows the locations of rooms makes is not acceptable, they need a map so employees can provide better guidance and locations of the rooms. amenities are poorly maintained.
