They cancelled my room for a “maintenance” issue and didn’t bother to tell me. I showed up and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk at 4:00 pm they said my room was unavailable and to go to another hotel 12 miles away.
Rooms are smaller than any extended stay I've ever stayed at. Beds are uncomfortabley hard. Never again.
I wish there was a 0 star option. Terrible staff, absolutely rude and unprofessional. No elevator to second floor? We are in 2025

Free parking was awsome, but rust and damages in the room? Idk…
So so dirty! We found Cheetos crumbs between the sheets and the pillow was ripped open and you can see the black fibers inside. Never again!
The room didn’t have towel, soap, shampoo. There was no one at front desk to check in for a long time when I got there. The breakfast was just horrible cheap cupcakes and aweful coffee. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this hotel.
