I was very pleased with the location! However the facility I was not pleased. There was a funky smell throughout the hotel, we had toenail clippings on the bed, our stove didn’t work and there was no microwave glass plate. I had to go to the front desk every time I needed clean towels, I also had to bring my dirty towels with me to the front desk for the exchange. Location wasn’t bad, 10-15 minutes from the beach. There were a lot of homeless people hanging around, lots of noise from the floor above me, and in the hallways, room was dirty, there were hairs in the bathtub, and on the sink, the remote had one hair stuck on it, the shower was not good, the water pressure was minimum, I called to request a different room and they told me there was nothing available. The bed was very uncomfortable, I won’t be staying here again.

My stay was overall pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. The only thing that was very disappointing was the person who checked us in. We arrived and there was nobody there. We can hear a girl in the back room laughing and talking very loudly. We waited over 10 minutes for her to actually come out. She didn’t even greet us. On the bright side the girl who checked us out was very nice and pleasant.

The room was filthy. Dirt on the floors, unclean chairs bed sheets were not washed

Denied a room! Booked and was denied a room due to being "oversold". Totally unacceptable for both the facility and Hotels.com

Filthy, disgusting, dirty - Do NOT stay here! Filthiest room I have ever stayed in. Wasn't expecting quality but I was expecting clean. Floor was NOT cleaned - twist ties, smashed chocolate, popcorn kernels on the floor, plastic strip from some takeout container. Let the front desk know they needed some quality control on housekeeping as I went out for dinner. All I got was "Okay. Thanks for letting us know." S2a I arrived at the hotel to check into my King suite and i was immeditalty downgraded to a room w 2 beds instead, which didnt fit our needs as a couple. As i walked into the elevor it smelled very strong odors of old food of some sort. We came to relax and the lights in the room were that of a overlir hospital. The shower came with notjing but a hard bar of soap. The worst of it all, was blood on the bedding
