so i paid for my hotel room with a reservation and the lady and male in the from were harassing me at the front desk said i did not purchase a room or anything and was so disrespectful. i need a refund and i was never allowed to get a room and did not stay there and wasted $147 . very disappointed and not happy about that and i went the the hyatt in newport beach and that was the best experience ever. please help with a refund because i wasted my money for such a horrible place and had the money and was never able to stay at... read more

Room dirty, people cooking with food smells that linger, refrigerator dirty and opened wrong direction. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful despite being obviously understaffed!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY GO TO MOTEL 6 My trip to extended stay was very disappointing number one they didn't have ice in the whole hotel they had no water no sodas no drinks my room was dirty when I got it they I asked for my room to be clean and they said I had to be there 8 days in order for my room to be clean I wasn't 2 days and I wanted my sheets changed or whatever and they don't do it sink was clogged refrigerator was dirty unbelievable I am totally shocked by John Wayne airport that the hotel would actually look like ... read more

Multiple times we saw dog poop on the floor inside the hotel, only 1 person working the front desk,worker going outside to her car for her break.
