Everything from the parking to the elevator to the high pitched voice of the teenage receptionist was wrong about this place. The property was designed by a color blind from the drapes to the carpet I thought i checked into the circus tent. Even the name is farsical there was nothing “plaza” about this plaxe.

The bathroom sink was completely clogged, there was no ice machine, outside grounds and elevators were dirty. No pool or jacuzzi, and nearly $200 per night. Outrageous.

This is not a nice hotel and is dirty and needs lots of TLC..

poor information at reservation Terrible. over half the hotel was rented out to homeless. Should have known before hand when making reservation. extended stay asked for dishes none in room very limited supply. Got a coffee pot but no coffee mugs said"oh those were all broken" they gave us water glasses. Asked for towels on day 2. Was told to bring down the dirty towels to exchange. Very disappointed As we came in to check in for our room the lady at the front desk seemed annoyed with people and told us and a few others that we had to wait to check in cuz there weren’t any rooms available yet even though i already had a reservation. And she said well check in is at 3pm and we barely got there by 230pm. Very sad to experience this after 2hours and half of a drive we had we were already tired ourselves. Save your money. Got this place with the impression that it would have all the good hints we needed in a kitchen. There was no cookware or dinnerware. Was truly a disappointment.
