S2a I arrived at the hotel to check into my King suite and i was immeditalty downgraded to a room w 2 beds instead, which didnt fit our needs as a couple. As i walked into the elevor it smelled very strong odors of old food of some sort. We came to relax and the lights in the room were that of a overlir hospital. The shower came with notjing but a hard bar of soap. The worst of it all, was blood on the bedding

This property stated that they had recent renovations done. Well they must have been to the outside because the inside has not been renovated. It smelled like an old casino upon entry. Our kitchen sink did not work and the ceiling light in room kept flicking on and off during the night while we were sleeping. The beds were totally uncomfortable and the bedding was no better. I stayed 3 nights 4days. The second day I was woken up to fire alarms at approximately 9am. When I called about wether or not I should be concerned about the alarms they said they were testing the alarms. They had never informed me of the alarms ahead of time. My key was always malfunctioning and almost every time I had to go down to the front desk to get it switched out.
