I don’t like it when people steal my stuff out of my room especially when they’re in management Jesenia and I specially don’t make it one guest relations of the corporation doesn’t call back specially half of September all of October and now were in November. Do you know who I’m talking about your Sennea this is Kathleen and I will continue to give you negative reviews because you stole from me and you charged my credit card

Got a room last night here and woke up at 8:35am to loud banging from the construction workers repairing the roof. There was no heads up or warning before getting the rooms. I let the manager Yesenia know and she was nothing but rude. She was unprofessional and made me and my guest feel helpless as we had to call 4 times to see if they could stop. An hour later and they continued. Never booking a hotel from here again. I also have a video of the occurrence I’ll be posting on Facebook this week.

The surrounding area outside was extremely pleasant and cool and flowing. Once you walk in though, you get a crotchety feeling, As soon as you get through the doors you feel the tension. Yesenia the manager will tell lies all day long and that is horrible being the manager, Please make sure you keep all finical items very close, as she will charge your credit cards for things you did not as for and then make up bills that you never knew about just like this visit her. Had to change room because of the clogged restroom, both room smell funny. TV out of order. Poor customer service and breakfast sucks. Do not waste money living here.

We booked a week's stay for our guests from China and they were not able to access any wifi service during their entire stay.

Worse place I’ve stayed yet! Although I had a reservation. The receptionist Esther gave away my room. Leaving me no choice but to pay for a more expensive room. Also said reservation means nothing they pretty much go by first come first service. Further more the bed was extremely hard.
