Nightmare in newport Me and my girlfriend went there just to get away for a night. We kept getting Bitten by some kind of bug or flea not sure what it was . So it was a miserable night that i didnt exspect in a place like this in newport beach ,ca we didnt get a wink of sleep and we left early in the morning beford the sun rose with our tails between are legs

The door to my room was open upon my arrival. The remote control for the TV was broken. There was a holder attached to the bathroom wall for a blow dryer. But there was no blow dryer. There was no coffee maker. There were no hangers in the closet. There was an iron but no ironing board. The only toiletries provided were two small bars of soap and a small tube of low-grade shampoo. Rooms were dirty, whole property was dirty. Outside was filthy, hallways, elevator areas all filthy. Dog poop inside the building. Staff has zero concern for comfort of the guests.

Dirty Staff was friendly but the room was dirty. The toilet had hair all over it so it wasn’t cleaned. The top blanket looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Building is old and Smells like Cigarettes. The customer service was great. However, the building is old and our room stunk like cigarettes!! It was horrible! We had to walk up and down the stairs (we were on the 3rd floor, not sure if there was an elevator or not). Luckily we were only there 1 night and arrived there just to basically sleep.

Save yourself the headache and book in person. Booked through Hotels.com reservation never showed up on Extended Stay side was told they experience this a lot through this website however there was no discount or anything applied for the inconvenience only a free late checkout. My boyfriend had to pick up tab for the initial intended night since my reservation that was paid for never showed on their end. Tech difficulties happened at payment and he was double charged.
