All 3 rooms smelled like weed, our bathroom sink over flooded with the top room, weed and swishers wrappers all under the bed. Worst stay ever

Looks nice from the outside. Smells of the dirty carpet in hallways because air conditioner was not on. Said on Expedia that Continental Breakfast was provided, but front desk said it was a mistake. They only served coffee and brownies. This hotel deserves a 2-star rating only.

There was a mouse trap in plain view in my room and the lady that checked me in had a terrible attitude problem

Overall Very Disappointing! In all honesty we were disappointed with this hotel. Veing that its supposes to rank high in comfort and consosering where its located (Newport/Irvine) I was shocked to see how poorly its maintained. The landscaping is not kept up, the momemt you walk in you can sense how inhospitable it is. It felt gross, as we walked to our room you could see how dirty tge floors were, it didnt smell nice at all.
