Horrible stay Horrible stay! Customer service was awful there were no toiletries. The sheets were dirty and they would not replace them. No fresh towels. No breakfast as advertised. So upset we wasted money staying here.

cigarette smell! whole room smelled like cigarette. management needs to be more strict about cleaning the rooms better!!!!

Get a Generator! It wouldn't have been so bad except that the first night of our two night stay had NO POWER! Nothing. This place does not have a generator and offered no compensation for the fact that we could not use any of the amenities in the dark.

Super dirty and smelly. Breakfast was decaf powder instant coffee (no regular coffee), tea or just plain hot water. If you want drinking water, they’ll be happy to sell it to you. Kitchen comes completely empty and fridge is dirty. Walked on the carpet in the room and feet were completely black from dirt after few minutes. Left after the second day because of the smell and dirtiness. Stay at the nearby Atrium hotel for less and much, much better facilities and services
