This is my first review ever. I'm very flexible and understanding but this was by far the most dissappointing hotel experience ever. Not even the basic amenity is provided or stocked in the room. Toilet was broken upon arrival and required us to manually flush it. No ice machine or bucket. Have to make your own ice with trays which isn't practical for staying one or two nights. AC didn’t work in the heat wave and room smells like cigarettes. One tiny bar of soap... no housekeeping. Terrible stay.

The exterior was fine & the locale was perfect. The check in was quick but the room was very disappointing. Smelled like mildew/mold and somewhat of urine. I know they allow pets so that was concerning. The shower curtain smelled very mildewy. Very disappointed!

Pig sty The locked outside entrance was consistently propped open with a rock. I did not feel safe. The floors in the stairwell were not swept during my entire stay. There was garbage left on the ground outside the door for days. My cable kept going on & off. The front desk told me to jiggle the cord. No luck & no additional help.

one guest per room please. This is Santa Erik Claus. I have not had good luck at this location in the past but will try again today. Here is the issues last visit... The first room I was given had someone still living in it as you can see by the picture. The second room was the top floor at the end of the hall so I had a long walk with slow internet. As a frequent visitor you expect your visits to continuely get smoother over time. Not the case here. Every time I return for my hubby and my weekend away I'm greeted with Esther at check in who always seems to put me in a less than desirably placed room. Each time I ask to be moved away from the hotel entrance or elevator I'm met with an attitude as if I just ruined her entire day. Will never stay here again Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot until all hours of the night. Loud guy walking down the hallway banging in doors and shouting someone’s name for an hour. Was afraid to even go smoke by myself
