My room was really dirty. There was so much hair on the sheets and towels.

I have stayed at another location in the past, and I was very disappointed in this one. It was very outdated and dirty. I didn’t want to touch anything in my hotel room. Would not recommend.

Disappointing Supposed to have a free breakfast, the breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal and prepackaged muffins and granola bars. The first morning of our stay they were entirely out of oatmeal.

I did not like anything this property had to offer. As soon as I walked into the lobby the smell of pet urine covered up by chemicals was so strong I had to cover my nose to avoid it. you have an Asian woman working the front desk who I found to be rude to customers. She is in need of customer service training for sure. I exited the 2nd floor only to be gagged by the smell of someone cooking that smelled like road kill and hair, again covering my mouth to keep from vomiting. The room is another thing. The room was tiny, it had a cigarette smell. Neither kettle nor coffee machine, neither garbage grinder nor dishwashing machine. When we asked for plates, cups, pans, forks, spoons, etc. we got a plastic box with 4 plates, 4 soup cups, 2 plastic cups, one weak knife, 2 spoons, 2 forks, 1 frypan, and 1 pot, both without a cap. I was forced to ask for mugs and got 4 small ones. Asking for additional towels I've been reminded that we got 4 already and "don't forget to return them all".
